O SARAJI
Saraja Cesarini (1986) je svoje otroštvo preživela v Litiji. Doštudirala je na smeri Likovna pedagogika na Pedagoški fakulteti Ljubljana, nato pa jo je življenje popeljalo po svetu. Njena notranja pokrajina je med drugim preplet bujnih švedskih gozdov, s soncem pozlačenih polj srednje Italije in razigranih hribov domače Litije z okolico.
Ilustratorka po duši in poklicu je sedem let nazaj ustvarila spletni predalček Saraja's Drawer, v katerem s svetom deli svoje likovno ustvarjanje. To se je sicer v
zadnjih letih nekoliko umaknilo materinstvu, kateremu se Saraja srčno predaja. Njene ilustracije krasijo mnoge revije in knjižne naslovnice, med drugim tudi roman Na Klancu dobitnice modre ptice 2022 Tine Vrščaj. Z možem Andreasom, sinom Isakom in hčerkama Iris in Lilian živi v hiški na Velikem Vrhu pri Litiji.

ABOUT SARAJA
Saraja Cesarini (1986) spent her childhood in Litija. She graduated in Art Pedagogy at the Faculty of Education in Ljubljana, then life took her around the world. Her interior landscape is intertwined with lush Swedish forests, the sun-gilded fields of central Italy and the playful hills of her native Litija and its surroundings.
As an illustrator by soul and profession, she created an online protfolio called
Saraja's Drawer. Through it she shares her artistic creation with the world. This, however, has in recent years somewhat given way to motherhood, to which Saraja is heartily devoted. Her illustrations adorn many magazines and book covers, including the novel Na Klancu by the 2022 Blue Bird winner Tina Vrščaj.
She lives in a house on Veliki Vrh near Litija with her husband Andreas, son Isak
and daughters Iris and Lilian.
